By accessing or using ReimburseKid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReimburseKid is a mobile application that helps families track shared expenses and manage reimbursements. The App allows users to:

• Create and join family groups
• Record and categorize expenses
• Attach receipt photos to expenses
• Track balances between family members
• Mark expenses as settled

3. User Accounts

To use ReimburseKid, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

ReimburseKid offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic expense tracking with limited features
• Premium: Full access to all features including unlimited expenses and family members

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation
• Use the App to store or transmit harmful or offensive content

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including expense records and receipt images. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReimburseKid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial losses arising from use of the App
• Actions or disputes between family members

The App is a tracking tool and should not be used as the sole record for tax, legal, or financial purposes.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
